Pastor Willie L. Zeigler Sr. & Elect Lady Annette Zeigler 

Pastor Willie L. Zeigler Sr. and Elect Lady Annette Zeigler, were both born in Shreveport, Louisiana. They have been married for 45 years. To this holy matrimony, was added 3 children and 8 grandchildren .

Pastor Zeigler studied Auto Body Tech at Louisiana Technical College and Ministerial Studies at Texas Bible College. He has been an entrepreneur for over 40 years and retired from the Bossier Parish School Board after 21.5 years of service. Pastor Zeigler joined the United States Marine Corps in 1973, where he ranked Private First Class and served for two years. Through his military experience, he learned the importance of following orders and leadership.

Pastor W.L. Zeigler & Elect Lady Annette Zeigler both received the gift of the Holy Ghost and baptism in Jesus Name, at the New Testament United Pentecostal Church, under the leadership of Bishop George A. Coleman. While a member of the New Testament UPC, where they both served faithfully, in prayer God inspired them to start a Sunday School Ministry in Bossier City. God opened the door for them to have access to the Hooter Park Center, after weeks of door knocking and witnessing by Pastor and First Lady Zeigler the Sunday School Ministry was started in the late 1995. On the very first Sunday there were 38 students, adults and children from the neighborhood. After 7 months of Sunday school and feeling the inspiration of God, they held their first church service on May 5, 1996 were approximately 45 people were present. They had Sunday school and morning worship on Sunday’s at the Hooter Park Center and prayer meetings in their home. By mid-August the first soul was prayed through to the Holy Ghost in their living room. To Pastor and First Lady Zeigler, it was God’s signature of approval. Thus, on September 18, 1996 the ministry became officially, Living Waters Apostolic Outreach Center. Pastor Zeigler has been pastoring for 19 years. What he enjoys the most about pastoring is being able to minister to someone’s needs and see them blessed thereby. They are truly anointed for the cause, touching the lives of many. Pastor Zeigler and Elect Lady Annette Zeigler have a burden for ministry through which they strive to do all that they can to help others. They are committed to winning souls for Christ and using preaching to provide God's divine Word to address matters important to salvation. They are phenomenal leaders and teachers. Their focus is always on “Pleasing Jesus and Reaching People”. One accomplishment that they are most proud of is starting a work for the Lord and seeing it grow.  Pastor W.L Zeigler and Elect Lady Annette Zeigler are a true man and woman of God’s word.
